Admissions Procedures
Students are enrolled in Carden Academy based upon the availability of openings for the grade level and upon the student’s ability to benefit from our curriculum, without regard to race, creed, or national origin. Priority is given to re-enrolling students and their siblings.
1. Application
For both Santa Clara and Almaden campuses, fill out the application and return it to Carden Academy’s Santa Clara office, or fill out the online form here.
Applications are processed by order of the date the application is received in the school office.
For Santa Clara campus admissions, the mailing address is 2499 Homestead Rd., Santa Clara, CA 95050. You may also fax your application to (408) 244-0684, or email your application as a PDF to Pamela Verrey at pverrey@cardensv.com.
For Almaden campus admissions, the mailing address is 5200 Dent Ave, San Jose, CA 95118. You may also fax your application to (408) 244-0684, or email your application as a PDF to Marlene Fagundes at mfagundes@cardensv.com.
The submission of the application form does not constitute acceptance at Carden Academy, nor does it obligate you to enroll your child.
2. Assessment
When you are offered a spot, arrange an assessment appointment for the student. This assessment is individually administered and is designed by Carden Academy exclusively for our school’s use. The results of this evaluation is to determine the best academic placement for your child. A non-refundable $100 Assessment Fee is due at the time of the interview.
3. Registration
A non-refundable Registration Fee of $600 is due one week following acceptance. If the fees are not received, the spot will be relinquished. The first tuition installment is due one week following registration.
